Pick-up at company address in Finland is free. 

Within Finland. You'll be notified by email or text when the order is ready for pick-up.  

Pick-up at company address during weekedays according to agreement by email.  

Shipping  

Unless agreed separately between the customer and us we use a shipping method that will deliver your parcel to the closest pick-up location possible near to you.

Shipping within Finland:  

Standard POSTI shipping within Finland starts at 5.90€, depending on the quantity of products that you order and is free on orders over 250€.   

International shipping: 

Shipping is available to countries inside and outside the European Union. However, to countries outside the European Union it falls upon the customer to manage the customs and duties that need to be paid.

If your country does not show up at check-out please contact pia(at)helgabad.com. Orders outside Finland start at 13.90€ depending on the shipping destination and quantity of products that you order.  

Customs handling and fees for orders outside Europe:

If you order from outside Europe, you must handle customs and duties to be paid yourself, according to the law presiding in your country.

For orders that have not been picked up, we have the right to charge a fee of 40€ for our handling cost of the order and for the return. 

Returns: You are free to return your product(s) within 14 days of the receipt of your product(s). Returns are paid by you.   

Shipping Companies Used

Helgabad will use the best option possible to ship your products. For small orders we normally use Finnish Posti. For larger orders we normally use UPS or DHL.

Returns  

If you're not pleased with your order you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days after you received your order. Private persons have a 14-day right of withdrawal/exchange of the ordered product when shopping online. This means that you may return unused, undamaged products. When returning the product please send a clear message to Helgabad before the expiry of the 14 days. For smooth handling, the message should include your name, address, order number, order date, email address and what products you regret if the order contains several products. The notification can be sent via email pia(at)helgabad.com. Return address; HELGABAD, Vuorimiehenkatu 17 C1, 00140 Helsinki.  

You pay for your return within Finland and internationally.  

For orders that have not been picked up as agreed, we have the right to charge a fee of 15€ for our handling cost of the order and for the return.
